In the below activity the blue shape has been translated by the purple vector to produce the purple shape.
What do you notice about the position of the purple shape in relation to the position of the blue shape?
Move one of the purple points to change the vector. What has happened to the position of the purple shape?
What will happen to the purple shape if you move the red vertex of the blue shape?
Use the pen tool to draw the following translations of the green shape:
