Below is the image of a graph created using several pieces to put it together. You will hopefull recognise the symbol.
Your task is to try to recreate the Batman Symbol above using the Autograph activity below.
Use the constant controller to change the values of the many constants, which will affect each part of the picture in a different way.

This activity is a pure piece of mathematical fun. Students have to investigate what changing different constants does to the graphs. Ideally, they should also be looking at the equations themselves, so they can see what it is they are changing. They can reveal the equation of any particular part by double clicking on the part. They are quite complicated equations.
A discussion of what is happening might prove useful as well.
